Welcome everyone!

My name is Monika Koszegi and I am a Theta Healing Practicioner. I created this page to help people to find their own way to their internal resources, their true connection with themseves.
One of the most beautiful things in life is when you find the answer for that simple question: Who you are?
Theta Healing is an energetic technique that helps you find it in a gently way.
It guides you and help you to clarify the answers to your own personell qustions. Theta Healing helps you accept and learn new feelings, positive thoughts and prepare you to become active and generate changes in your life.
it is beautiful because the essence of this method lies within you.
The effectiveness of healing and the focus is on the solution, so it is able to create an immediate change in our life.

During a Theta Healing session we will be working on any personal part of your life, for example
– how can we sort out health issues
– achieve our goals in our career or other fields of business
– how to live free of stress – anger – sadness – tiredness or fears
– how you can lose weight, gain confidence, or something else personal to yourself.

A session will
– Last for 1-1.5 hours
– Cost 35 pounds per session
– Held in a place quiet, convinient/neutral or even on skype

Why is it important to be grounded? How do I feel if I am grounded?

Why is it important to be grounded? How do I feel if I am grounded?

What does it mean exactly?

Being grounded means to be in the present, to be in the moment.
Try this quick exercise!

1. Stand up
2. Just focus on that your body as you are standing
3. Your attention goes down from your top of the head towards to the feet which are touching the ground.
4. Feel every emotion.

You are there like a tree! The tree has roots, if they are strong and grounded a storm can come or anything can happen and it is stable.

So when you (your root chakra is in balance) are grounded / in balance:
– you are sure about who you are without doubt
– everything what you are doing seems easy & simple
– sense more around you
– connected with others through good, positive feelings
– automatically feel more peaceful
– no matter what is going around you are not affected by it
– your heart is full of warmness and love

Cure depression and anxiety with Theta Healing®

Cure depression and anxiety with Theta Healing®!

During a 1-1.5 hour session either in person or on Skype we can work on the reason why the body has chosen these forms of ailments to try to talk to you.
We will be looking for all those beliefs, thoughts and logical reasons which keep the person’s mood low and affects the mind and body.
When these have been found we then have a chance to replace the limited belief and generate activity in the personal life.

Why is it important to embrace our inner child?

“The inner child is that child-like part of us that represents our capacity for innocence, wonder, awe, joy, sensitivity and playfulness. It is this part of us that often holds onto the old wounds from our childhood. When we were children, we believed we were responsible for anything that might go wrong in our families or classrooms. This part of us still yearns for love and many times feels that if we’re not perfect we are simply undeserving of love. We begin to reject ourselves and even punish ourselves subconsciously. It does not need to be this way. We can learn to nurture our inner child. Embracing your inner child is one of the most valuable things we can do for ourselves as we attempt to heal the issues of our past. As we let go of the past, we free ourselves up to enjoy our present moment and to move forward into a joyous future.”

“You know what happens when you try to ignore a child. It will start to behavior badly just to get your attention. And as you don’t spend much time with it, you will have no idea how to turn the situation in your favor.

However, if you decide to put your inner child in the center of your life sometimes, you will give it a sense of belonging and acceptance. On the other hand, you will be able to learn the best way to transform you frustrated inner child into a happy one.”

Mental Health is everyone’s business

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and I find it very important to take part in any and every way I can.

Mental Health is everyone’s business!

We can take actions for our mental health, our family, workplace, classroom or in the community.
Each action counts. For who? For someone! For you, for your friend, mum, dad, sister, colleague, shopkeeper, your cat, dog, rabbit, the list is endless.
Do not be shy to put yourself in first place and do something first for your own mental health.
These steps are not smaller or bigger, more important, or less important than others.
You can take part in those ways that feel okay to you.

How shall I start?
Here are some tips on how you can get involved

1. Make a decision that you’ll get involved for a day or two for as long as you want.
2. For who are going to take action? (Choose anyone and don’t forget, you can be on this list too)
3. What are you going to do for that 1 person?
4. Let’s start!

What can we do?
– be kind to yourself by allowing to have rest, or do less from your daily To-Do List
– surprise someone with a cuppa or even a virtual coffee/tea chat
– smile more
– donate to a food-bank
– checkup on someone who self-isolates
– try new activities (self-care, self- nurturing activities)
– read, listen or watch any inspiring book, video or interviews
– get in touch with friends and let them know that you are thinking of them
– send a message to someone and let them know that you love them
– anything that reminds you to be kind and compassionate

Give people ideas by putting into the comments, any idea that comes to your mind relating kindness
Add your ideas to this list ⬆️ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love,
Mònika 🙏🏻
